Bangkok has a real in depth cultural feel about it and is the perfect stop to immerse yourselves into the gateway to Asia.
To really experience the cultural side of Thailand, Chiang Mai and the Northern provinces are a must see. Whether you are interested in seeing the elephants, taking a guided tour through lush rainforests and spending the night with the local hill tribes then this destination I can guarantee will leave you speechless.
I would finish the honeymoon of a lifetime on one of the many fantastic islands in the South. Dependent on the time of year you are travelling will effect whether the East or West would be a better option for you but both have unbelievable resorts and picturesque beaches, the perfect location to relax and soak in the sun
