Caroline is a Nutrition Consultant and Motivational Speaker, with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition.
She is Founder of Nutrizuno, a Nutrition Consultancy for Personal, Corporate and Sports clients, as well as CoFounder and Nutrition Director of ToniqLife, the online fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and fun club for busy people. In her role as a Motivational Speaker she prides herself on being able to offer a realistic yet enthusiastically infectious approach to nutrition and corporate wellness.

Caroline has an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from CNELM and is a registered member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) as well as a Member of the Institute For Functional Medicine (IFN). She is also an Associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.
