A couple of our clients have just checked in after their lovely holiday in the Maldives at the One & Only, Reethi Rah. Here is the feedback they’ve sent us:
Our water villa was huge and it was so lovely being able to just walk down some steps into the sea and the privacy at the resort was quite unbelievable. We never saw anyone during the day although it was 100% occupancy for virtually our whole stay!
We ate at all three of the restaurants and cannot recommend them highly enough. Fandhita (which is on the beach) offers a wonderful choice and it is so romantic eating by candlelight overlooking the Indian Ocean. Tapasake (the Japanese) is very different and the food was great. The main restaurant (Reethi) again had superb food and the breakfasts were outstanding. The entertainment at the Rah Bar was a bit hit and miss but what a great place for an pre/after dinner drink.
The staff throughout the resort were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble no matter how big or small the request, especially Jing our villa host.
We went on the Sunset Sandback Experience which was incredible and something that we would recommend highly. We were lucky as there were only four of us on the trip when they usually take twelve and somehow this made it much more relaxing and more special!
We both had massages and again these were fabulous (although a tad expensive!).
I guess that all in all it was quite the most outstanding holiday we have ever been on (it certainly knocks the socks off Mauritius). We did have a couple of rainy days but would definitely go back at this time of year again.
Finally, thank you so much for all your help especially having to re-organise everything following the break to my elbow. We both feel so relaxed and were made to feel so special at the resort.
