The latest update as of 3pm on Tuesday 20th April is that the majority flights from UK airports are cancelled until further notice. For our passengers who are due to depart in the next few days – we have to wait until flights are cancelled by the airlines in order to avoid cancellation charges. When flights are cancelled we are working closely with the airlines and our ground handlers abroad to ensure we can rebook our client’s itineraries. For our passengers who are stranded overseas – we and our local ground handlers are providing support as much as possible with liaising with airlines and assisting in finding accommodation, also ensuring our clients are well looked after and are being provided with the best possible prices for their extended stay.
